Customers purchasing transportation tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them digitally, by way of a printable page, a scanable screen and/or an e-mail. Your e-ticket can be used up to 3 days before your e-ticket travel date and up to 10 days after your e-ticket travel date. Customers will need to present their e-ticket to the driver when boarding the bus.
Every reasonable effort is made to operate according to schedules. Safety is our primary consideration. We strive for on time performance and reliability while providing professional and courteous service. We recommend that you plan to arrive at the boarding location approximately 15 minutes prior to the bus departure time. Occasionally there can be delays caused by weather and/or traffic flow and other factors that may cause scheduled trips to run up to 30 minutes late or more. Please choose a bus schedule that permits ample time for unforeseen delays. We recommend that you arrive at the airport at least (2) hours prior to any domestic departure time, and (3) three hours prior to any international departure time. Please allow additional time during bad weather conditions or during highway construction periods. We are not responsible for errors in schedule, damage suffered from late arrivals or departures, failure to make connections, nor situations beyond our control. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Unscheduled stops are not permitted.
The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of service in the event of accidents, construction, congestion, weather or where reasonably prudent to do so in light of circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
